And it happened again after I unplugged and plugged my usb-c->display

When I move a window to one of my 3 monitors (not the main display), the
monitor freezes. That means that moving the mouse there doesn't work and
the picture is frozen on that monitor (including the mouse pointer which
is visible there).

Things to do to reproduce the bug:
1) open therminal and type: gdmflexiserver --xnest localhost
2) Change the Workspace with STRG + ALT +
I made a mistake. To reproduce the bug, you have to do the following:
1) open therminal and type: gdmflexiserver --xnest localhost
2) Set the Session to Gnome and login with a different user
3) Change the Workspace with STRG + ALT + ARROW_RIGHT
