I think it's already fixed in karmic. I tried in another computer
(Ubuntu Karmic, evince 2.28.1, poppler 0.12). It correctly renders the
gradient created by Inkscape. So this problem only in the old Intrepid
8.10.

I use inkscape and save as to pdf. When I open using evince (default in
Ubuntu). Evince display incorrectly. There are some, but for linear
gradient, it is completely different in Evince. I am in Ubuntu 8.10,
evince 2.24.1, Inkscape 0.46.

This is an example pdf that I cannot see correctly the linear gradient
in my evince. If use acroread it display perfectly.

until today, on Jaunty 9.04 (document viewer 2.26.1, using poppler
0.10.5 (cairo)) I cannot see the greek characters.
