The problem happens when sending mail from any mail client with attachment or
lager text inside and only to one mail service.
I have Gmail account also and have no problem

I tested with Thunderbird on Virtualbox machine running XP with network
adapter set to NAT. Sending mail failed with timeout after 2% sent , so
I guess the problem is with underlying network level. Sending mail from
the same machine and same network setup on Windows is successful.

Yes, in intrepid it also deletes images when scaling.

scaling images with overwriting original in shared folder deletes the image
completely without warning

I inserted CD ROM in the CD ROM drive, browsed to mounted point
"/media/..." with nautilus, right clicked on mounted folder and shared

I tried to scale images that are on windows shared folder and overwrite
the original. After the operation, the images were completely lost.
Gthumb didn't gave any warning message if there is any problem with
writing permissions or something else.
If multiple files are selected and all of them are from same folder, the
behavior to choose "Command Line Catalog" is not logical to me. I
usually browse with file browser and when I enter the folder which
contains pictures I want to see or edit, I select them all and open with
gthumb. Something li
