I can confirm this. I can not connect to a local server or even through an ssh
tunnel. I'm on a regular installation.
Xvncviewer works in both cases.

In my case it is always reproducible. Every time I create a new appointment
start time selection does not work and duration is ignored.
I simply open Evolution, File-New-Appointment, fill in values and save.
What can I do to help?
