[Bug 1644930] [NEW] Many 'Skipped component' while appstream cache update

Public bug reported: My system is: $ lsb_release -rd Description:Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS Release:16.04 $ apt-cache policy appstream appstream: Installed: 0.9.4-1ubuntu1 Candidate: 0.9.4-1ubuntu1 While regular apt-get update I receive following message: AppStream cache update
