I'm using Jaunty and everything is working fine for me after I removed
tightvncserver and instead installed vnc4server.

Also, when run from the command line, it gives the following error:

I also get the error in Gutsy (GNOME Sudoku 2.20.1). Upon completion,
it does not acknowledge completion like it once did before and when I
restart, it attempts to give me the same game that I completed before.
I also noticed that in some scenarios, it will mark number as red when
it shouldn't.
