then select the playlist in the left pane immediately after the song is
added before adding another song. This way I could add twenty songs in a
playlist and then burn the playlist on a CD.

Impossible to sync my Gmail calendars (3 calendars with the same
account) and also noway to sync my addressbook on
I don't think so. But today I managed to understand what was wrong in my
case.
The MSN server error was due to the fact MSN server can not find my
address book associated to my acount. Since it was a very old MSN
account which was created with an opensource MSN client (maybe it was
Kopete) so
I do have the same issue here. I am also using @gmail.com email on a
Maverick AMD64.
Traces done with wireshark shows that MSN server return an server error
response. So I imagine this bug is similar to this one (663670)

Same issue here on a freshly upgraded system, from Karmic to Lucid.
I'm attaching a backtrace generated with gdb as suggested.
Evolution crashes even without any specific action from me, except
scheduled account checks (5 POP 2 IMAP)
