Turns out its nit %d, its a nautilus issue, it does not seem to return the proper parent path to the script or whereever it returns the path. Giving params __extract-to=.. wants to extract to /home/ insteat of /home/myuser/path/to/filename/.. %d/.. as it seems wants to extract to / (not /home
