Using systemd as init system on a HP zbook15 notebook having 2 external
monitors connected using a docking station and starting with lid closed the
system goes to sleep after successfully booting and starting lightdm greeter.

Upon install desktop-file-utils should get asked what defaults he would
like. As not all applications honor the desktop url open helper. Using
XFCE and chromium-browser as a default, http links in thunderbird still
get opened in firefox due to the default file.

I use synergy daily for work and start it with gnome session automatically.
I'm gonna try and disable synergy to test further.
Is there a possability to invoke a kill command somewhere when shutdown or
reboot commands are issued so synergy would not lock and crash.
