I ran gimp with `gimp --show-playground`, went to Edit -> Preferences ->
Playground, enabled N-Point Deformation and Seamless Cloning. Closed
GIMP, opened GIMP without the `--show-playground` option, loaded a
512x512 PNG, duplicated the layer, clicked on the N-Point
One thing I've found is this is a high frequency occurrence with
IntelliJ. I have not seen this issue with the snap versions of Sublime
Text or Firefox. I did experience the issue in the snap version of GIMP
the one time I had it open.
Another interesting effect is that I am unable to resize the

I noticed that you pushed a release to Jammy which disables Xpresent to
work around this issue. As expected, this re-introduces screen tearing
on my system running Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics.
I've manually switched to the most recent release with Xpresent still
enabled and
I have this bug on a fresh install, sort of a bummer. Disabling the dock
extension did resolve the issue.

This is a very difficult issue because it amounts to a fairly major
feature change underneath. Every access has to be wrapped by a
permissions check, followed by an authentication. Someone tried to patch
this into the file manager a while back, but the patch never got

I confirm the bug with the current Saucy.
Using gnome-tweak-tool makes the keyboard switched using XKB, which isn't quite
good. Currently Ubuntu relies on iBus, if i'm not mistaken? Therefore the
gnome-tweak-tool workaround is not OK, as the indicator doesn't notice any
layout changes then.

It works fine if I switch layout with XKB hotkey.
However, it doesn't work if I switch using the indicator (which utilises iBus,
I presume?).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch LO:Writer.
2) Enter some text
3) Try to cut it with Ctrl+X and paste with Ctrl+V (or
peerus, that's quite different bug. Although it's annoying as well, it's

only problem is if i use stand by (quite often it does) but always when

Sorry for the inconvenience but this is my first bugreport.
I just managed to reproduce the bug in Empathy and are enclosing a
screencast of it.
The bug occurres when I try to move a contact in to the dropdown menu just
above the contact area.

doing the thing suggested in #7 made no difference. I can still
reproduce the bug with the other scrollbar.

I've not been able to reproduce it. I don't know what happened when I moved
the contact.
Maybe I tried to move it outside the application or in to the menu bar at
above the contacts area.

i have this problem too.
Ubuntu version - 11.10
keyboard set to UK
There are 9 hotkeys across top of keyboard, only web, mail and search buttons
work.
If I try and add extra shortcut for say, help, it shows press shortcut key but
does not respond to pressing the hotkey with the '?'
