Sorry, I made a mistakes, it has no relation with the upgradation.
"Menu Bar" works fine. "Main Menu" is pretty slow at its first click.

I reproduced this bug on Jaunty which was upgraded from Hardy and Intrepid.
But I just made a fresh install of Jaunty， I never meet this bug till now.
