Tested all the above apps on both wayland + xorg
on a logout, log back into gnome the windows can be resized again
on a fresh reboot the bug returns windows cannot be resized anymore

but the flashes seem to keep happening
is there some sort of wayland realtime debug command i could try
to see if i can trace on the time its happening, as in journal logs nothing
shows?

but login onto desktop with wayland keeps stuttering/lagging
side note, this is an older netbook with a spinner HD, but comparing to xorg
its a huge
difference where things load smooth into desktop
