Still occurring on Ubuntu 12.04.1 Precise Pangolin with poppler
updated to the latest available Ubuntu package.
The same problem also occurs when selecting part of the text with the
mouse.

Support for VDPAU and VA-API is currently targeted for Gstreamer 1.2,
which is scheduled for release in December 2012. See
