Binary package hint: gnome-panel
In the Run application dialog, when I make a typo in entering my
command, I get a cryptic error message, not suitable for a user-friendly
operating system.
It reads:
Could not open location 'file:///home/ubuntu/blablabla'. Error stating file
This bug is more than 5 years old. It is a major nuisance for many
people, but probably not that difficult to fix.
How can we interest a developer to have a go at it? Is there any hope?
