After update kernel to 2.6.32.22 and gnome-setting-daemon to
2.30.1-0ubuntu1 (official ubuntu update), the problem still exist and
now my touchpad it is not working at all. :(

10.04 32bit / 2.6.32.21,
I can confirm that with Karmic I had no problem.
