i solved this problem this way: installed compiz from synaptic gone on sistem-preference-aspect and choose no effects computer asked me to keep this settings i answered yes i used the no-effects desktop and switcher running well now. i went again on preference - aspect and i choose the maximum effects again. if computer ask you to keep these settings mark ok. now everythings working all right
