I launched the update manager and I installed all the updates, it said that I
had to do a partial distribution upgrade if I wanted to update everythig.
Pressed ok and restarted computer when finished amd got it working.
I also scribbled for 5-6 minutes in pencil mode and this bug
@Knut Erik : i had to do a partial upgrade of the system to get it
working. However here is a video of the non-buggy gimp :)
