Public bug reported: I choosed to print a document at "7 am" one time. (some days ago with evince, I suppose) Now days later I wanted to print 3 documents and was confused why they did not print. There was no clue, no sign for this problem. The new printing tab of the GNOME Control Center showed no reason. I had to start the good, old, hidden "system-config-printer" which showed me the reason with its printing queue.
So they are two problems: 1.: In the new printing queue is no clue for documents which were ordered to be printed later 2.: If I change one setting one time, it sadly will be the default for the next times I try to print ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 12.04 Package: libgtk2.0-0 2.24.10-0ubuntu6 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.2.0-26.41-generic 3.2.19 Uname: Linux 3.2.0-26-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.0.1-0ubuntu8 Architecture: amd64 Date: Sun Jul 8 21:20:41 2012 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - Release amd64 (20111011) SourcePackage: gtk+2.0 UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to precise on 2012-04-17 (82 days ago) ** Affects: gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug precise -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gtk+2.0 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1022363 Title: Unique printing settings are taken as default settings wrongly To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/1022363/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
