I see no good reason why they're not. For the most part they all work, any that 
don't are a grilo bug, (like vimeo), & shouldn't affect being enabled.
If sticking with 3.4.3/gstreamer .10/grilo 0.1 (0.1.2 is available) it would 
seem straightforward to enable & have installed
(inc. it in totem-plugins here in a test rebuild

If moving to totem 3.4.4+/gstreamer1.0/grilo 0.2 then have tested that
here, works ok though ATM not as good as 0.1 , though again any grilo
issies are grilo bugs
