Could you please be more specific on what the actual issue is? Are
translations not loaded? Is there simply a delay in translations done
upstream? Are you talking about GUI or help files?

The zh_CN.po is new than quantal package
(https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/quantal/brasero/quantal).
The latest revision of quantal is 103. By Robert Ancell on 2012-05-14.
