I have already tested it with the latest development GG release of Ubuntu Tribe

I've tested it with the Live CD, so without installing it on a partition.
Unfortunately the problem STILL exists.
I have made a new screen dump as proof.

I will test it on GG. THAT is for SURE I still have to download and install GG.
It it a risk because I have only ONE computer. I have to make an apart
partition for it which I will create specially for this case.

It does happen by every upload or/and download.
Also by apt-get install
My download is very constant.
Example
When I install software with apt-get install, then the right download-speed is
shown in the progress info in the terminal.
Also when downloading/ upping with Azureus a constant speed will
your comment is not clear, do you have the same bug when using apt-get?

marking unconfirmed then, it works fine on my desktop, somebody getting
the bug will need to work on it, that's likely an upstream one
