Also, bug 13265 (and associated upstream) dealt with a different issue:
the replacement of dangerous characters by an underscore, so it had
nothing to do with this.

The code responsible by grabbing the filename from the mime has just
been changed upstream. I did not yet have time to look more carefully at
it, but it might have resolved this issue also. See comments upstream.
