Public bug reported:

The gnome-theme-thumbnailer seems to use the currently selected colors
when creating thumbnails for themes where the GTK engine supports user-
adjustable colors instead of the ones that are set in the theme.

Steps to reproduce:
* start gnome-theme-manager
* Select a theme that allows changing the colors (such as Mist)
* click "Customize"
* in the "Color"-tab change the window background color (or something else)
* you should now have "Custom theme" selected
* close the theme-manager, open it again (so that the thumbnails get redrawn)
* look at the thumbnail for "Mist" (or other themes), which now has the current
background color, even though you get another one when you select it

** Affects: control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
