For Bluetooth properties I get The requested page was not found in
the document /usr/share/man/man1/bluetooth-properties.1.gz. ... and
then it opens fine anyway.

I can not confirm this - /usr/share/gnome/help/user-
guide/C/gosnautilus.xml is part of the package gnome-user-guide and is
installed and available at my system. If there is any link broken I can
not find it - please be more precise.

The problem is in broken link to
file /usr/share/gnome/help/user-guide/C/gosnautilus.xml in search
results, not in file presents.
In click to Nautilus Extensions a error window popup with broken link:
