I think this "bug" should be closed now that nautilus-actions is available in Ubuntu. To link baobab with Nautilus just install nautilus-actions sudo apt-get install nautilus-actions Launch the nautilus-actions configuration tool System->Preferences->Nautilus Application Actions Configuration

Baobab works only on folders, not on single files. The tab would probably require a nautilus extension shipped with baobab, while the button would require nautilus to search for baobab in the path or for the baobab desktop file and execute it on click. But, as I said, it should work only on folder
