I can confirm the behavior described. ICQ account adding window is empty
having only cancel and done buttons. Google account window works but
is throwing the about:blank page in the default browser.

Hi, same here if I want to add facebook it don't show the Log in window
in gnome-online-accounts/gnome-control-center-signon and open the page
in a browser, but after logging in there the account hasn't added to the
online accounts.
Ubuntu 13.04 64bit (gnome and unity)
