Yes, The network admin tool starts, I can see the devices, but when I click on them if freezes, I can kill it but not access beyond seeing the screen. A Note, I was able to add a user using KDE, thus the problem seems to be restricted to Gnome (I prefer Gnome) -- Users-Admin and network-admin
