I'm sorry, but I can't reproduce this bug on Ubuntu 13.04. Currently,
could you please try to uninstall GIMP, then run sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, and then reinstall GIMP.
Then run apport-collect 1213462 in terminal. This will give us
additional information about your system.
