I have made an experiment, i burned a Kubuntu 7.10 image obtaining the
same error, but i booted it and y did a integration CD check, and test
resulted with no erros.

I have tryed a backtrace with gdb.
I lauched the program with this:

error hapened.

could you run gconf-editor, set /apps/nautilus-cd-burner/debug to true
and run nautilus-cd-burner to get a debug log when triggering the
warning?

It fails with CD-R or CD-RW media, i don't know how to provide more information
about error, if i run nautilus-cd-burner from console, it doesn't show any
information and also fails.
With all other burning programs works perfectly as k3b or brasero.
My drive is BenQ DD DW1620.

I've tested the results on Gutsy with 2 different media, one RW that needed to
be blanked and another fresh CD. Both times were done with the right clicking
and selecting "Burn Image" as described. Are you able to provide any backtrace
