There's a soname bump but only packages from the rhythmbox source depend
on the library.
Rhythmbox has been ported to python3 so the following python plugins will need
to be ported:
rhythmbox-ubuntuone
rhythmbox-ampache
rhythmbox-radio-browser
tunesviewer (?)
