I have marked that this bug affects me, but I have also somehow resolved this issue for my machine. Steps I took which resulted in the bug: 1. Plug in new Western Digital My Passport Ultra into USB 3.0 port (running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS). 2. Use Disks utility to prepare for benchmark test. 3.
