Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
After selecting System - Preferences - Keyboard - Layout Options - Miscellaneous compatibility options - Shift with numpad keys works as in MS Windows, all other software recognizes SHIFT+[Numpad Arrow] as the beginning of selection of text. In Evolution SHIFT+[Arrows] (not on the numpad) work properly, but SHIFT+[Numpad Arrows] do not work. It doesn't do anything other than just ignoring the keystroke.
