You have been subscribed to a public bug:
In the system menu there are Xterm and UXTerm icons by default on Gutsy.
This is wrong because:
1. There is already gnome-terminal
2. They belong in the Accesories-menu
Why offer 3 terminal programs in the gnome menu by default anyway?
