As *starting point* am attaching small patch that adds the *option* to add a
full date-time column in list view (- Modified (full)
Possibly it gives you what you want or can be adapted to provide such.
If desired
The attachment date-time.patch seems to be a patch. If it isn't,
please remove the patch flag from the attachment, remove the patch
tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the
team.

I totally agree with Greg. We really need ISO date-time format. It is
the only reasonable format!
