Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You can actually do it, just click in the Power
Management button inside the gnome-screensaver preferences and there
you'll find this features. thanks.

But that relies on idle time and does not react to hitting Lock
Screen, in order to get a similar effect I would have to set it to a
minute and that's plain ridiculous for when I'm actually working on the
computer, I was requesting a way to manually trigger it in combination
with the Lock Screen
