Closing the bug then, nautilus-open-terminal opening your user directory
on the desktop is not a bug, that's a quick way to start a command line
and you usually want to open it on your directory

The problem was with the right-click. However, I cannot reproduce it anymore!
(Maybe my updates from yesterday solved the problem!)
I'm using libgtk2.0-0 version 2.12.0-0ubuntu1
However, there is only one little open with bug left: when I use the
right-click-menu to open in terminal it works
