This does not appear to be a duplicate of #1387303. That bug is gnome-keyring
components can't be disabled, where as this one is gnome-keyring doesn't
work.

- GNOME Keyring: SSH Agent item, and is it checked / unchecked?

Yes, this is a dupe of bug #1387303
this was resolved in vivid in 3.10.1-1ubuntu9 and needs further SRUs
into trusty and utopic.
