Public bug reported: When asked, did I want to install upgrade, I selected "Yes" and was subsequently confronted by a frozen computer. After shutting down the system and restarting, I found it ended up with a blank screen and a frozen keyboard. So, the only thing to do was to shut down by holding the power button for six seconds. Upon restarting, I was confronted with multiple warnings of various programs failing to start or malfunctioning, and suggesting that reports be filed.
