CPU frequency isn't shown in Gnome (Ubuntu 7.10) on systems with powersave
enabled processors

1. I installed Ubuntu 7.10
2. I installed CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor Gnome applet and found out that my
processor is working at 50% of its maximum frequency.
3. I learned how to switch my processor to maximum frequency and did it.

the cpu freq applet and it doesn't show anything? Your default cpu
frequency is wrong?, can you give us a more detailed information? ,
