Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 17.04 dev with systemd 232-2git1 and I have masked some jobs to prevent them being started and one of them was ctrl-alt- del.target. But I'm noticing that on installing systemd it does now overwrite the file /etc/systemd/system/ctrl-alt-del.target which does then enable a reboot on pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL again.
