Public bug reported: I have noticed this happening on my Thinkpad x230, but I have also seen this in other laptops.
The laptop with adequate (above 40%) battery charge suddenly dims the screen after displaying a notification about my logitech performance mx having low battery. I expect the battery levels on my wireless peripherals having no effect over my laptop's power settings.
