Hi guys,
I have tried all the recommendations here but still no luck.
This is really annoying as I need to run a terminal every now and then, also, I
cannot SSH into my server:
"Unable to spawn SSH process"
I somehow believe that the two issues are related.
Could it be a permission issue???

I am also having this issues after upgrading to 9.04. I'm glad some one
has a solution but how exactly do I run those commands with no terminal?

I have resolved with:
