I've just upgraded my 20.04 to check if the bug is still present, and it
is. Can I expect it to be fixed in the 20.04 release version? Thank you
in advance. (The gnome guys say it's already fixed, however I'm not sure
if they are right)

Hello,
same bug is present 18.04 and 18.10:
after I log in in tent mode the screen goes upside down, and after
xrandr --output eDP-1 --rotate normal
it goes back to normal however now the cursor is upside
the problem is still present when ubuntu is installed from the 20.04
latest daily iso
