When testing some text editors I have stumbled over multiple problems,
after the software is installed.

The first test was with notepad++. After installing the snap nothing
worked. The program did not even start, nor provide some information
what is wrong. After checking the interfaces of the notepad++ snap, I
assume that there is a dependency to wine. At least the "notepad-plus-
plus:wine-platform-plug" let me guess it.

I was a little bit surprised that additional software is needed, because
the software description in the software center did not mention any
additional dependencies. Also I am used that the required dependencies
are installed along with the selected software.

I did not want to experiment with wine for now, so I have selected
another editor: notepadqq. After the installation at least the program
can be started, but no text files can be opened. The bug is also
described at the project:
https://github.com/notepadqq/notepadqq/issues/822

On the Open File dialog a file system is visible that is not the file system of
my PC. I guess it is the file system of the confined environment. The problem
is that a text editor that can not access the files of my PC is useless.
I had to install notepadqq with the classic option, so the file system of my PC
can be accessed by notepadqq.

The problem of software center is, that this step is not possible within
the software center, but only via command line.

I think it is important that the software center consider the dependencies when
installing software and give the software all permissions needed to run.
When permission should not be given without review/check/.... the user can be
asked what access right a software should get. At least an information should
be given, that permissions are insufficient and how this can be changed.

Cheers Matthias
