Closing the request, you could open such bugs for almost every
application in Ubuntu. That would be easier to writte applications for
those devices

Appearance dialog doesn't fit on 800x480 display
Not sure that's realistic. Changing the dialog to use 480 only would
likely be on detriment on standard desktop use and be a real limitation
for most of user only to benefit to some special cases. Other
applications might be required to work on those device, not sure that's
really a valid bug
