Public bug reported:

Upon adding a web ics calendar (via Evolution due to Bug #1825224), the
events from this calendar were not properly time-compensated for my time
zone. While Evolution and Gnome Shell displayed the time of my events
properly, gnome-calendar displayed the events 7 hours in the past,
likely attempting to compensate for my time zone (GMT -7).
