click "Show Applications" grid button in lower left
Scroll to bottom
Click "utilities" to open sub-menu
scroll to bottom
Notice that the labels on the last line are mostly hidden - see screenshot
Close menu
Open Screenshot app
Try menu, again, will be correct this time
