I can confirm this for Polish locale. The package is fully translated
and the whole bar is green, which means it's imported. However, only the
menu entry is in Polish, the rest of the interface is in English.

They rolled out new langpacks tonight (or at least I got them tonight), is the
problem still valid for you? For the Italian language it's ok now, we have it
all translated.
