Hi, I have my network connection showing up, Firefox opening sites on internet but Evolution almost always starts in offline mode. I even tried opening Evolution AFTER Firefox but it still starts in offline mode. I am using Lucid Lynx. -- Evolution always start in offline mode

I am experiencing the same thing on a fully upgraded hardy beta. Specifically, this happens following resume from suspend. NM connects to the network following resume, and in gutsy and previous versions, evolution would switch to online mode and then check email. In hardy beta, evolution never

I use the new network manager 0.7. It is connected but to be honest I get the same behaviour with Firefox since yesterday. When I disable work offline both works. The evolution problem happens since about two weeks ago. Maybe I should have filed a bug against network manager? -- Evolution
