I think this bug may be invalid, in fact -- the menu item is enabled as
soon as you select some text.
It could be considered a usability bug, as I'm not the only one who had
trouble figuring out how to use it, but I don't really care about it
anymore.

Hi Basilio,
I saw your comment on b.g.o and realized what I want is to select the
'Preformat' option (which I hadn't noticed before) when I want something
not to be wrapped. Now that I see how it works and understand what the
difference is between the two modes (in 'Normal' mode lines are
10 matches
